1. What this site is

RA Navigator is an information and education desk about the registered-agent requirement in the fifty states and the District of Columbia, operated by PA Registered Office Services, LLC, the operator of PA CROP Services. Using this site means accepting these terms.

2. Not a registered agent; nothing sold here

We cannot be appointed as your registered agent or registered office, cannot receive service of process or state mail for you, and sell no service on this site. Nothing on this site creates a client, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and the operator.

3. Information, not legal advice

Requirements are summarized from the state filing offices' own published rules, and the state plates carry the date they were last verified against those sources. Statutes, fees, and procedures change, and summaries simplify. Confirm the current rule with the filing office or with counsel before you rely on it for a filing. The operator is not a law firm.

4. No rankings; one disclosed house route

This site publishes no provider rankings, scores, or endorsements, carries no affiliate links, and accepts no placement fees. The single commercial route on the site is disclosed where it appears: the Pennsylvania plate links to the operator's sister desk, PA CROP Services, as a disclosed related party, with a source tag on the link. Every other provider is charted by category and structure only, on the same rules.

5. The charts are ours

The text, charts, figures, and arrangement of this site belong to the operator. You may quote short passages with a link back. You may not republish the state plates or the logbook wholesale, or present this desk's charts as your own work.

6. Links out

Links to state filing offices and to PA CROP Services lead off this site. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate. PA CROP Services is operated by the same company and carries its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Liability, stated plainly

We work to keep the charts accurate and correct them when they drift, but we do not warrant that any summary is complete or current for your situation, and we are not liable for a filing decision made on a summary you did not verify against the filing office's current rules. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the version on this page, with its date, is the one in force, and material changes are noted on this page when they land.
